Whip it good

Plaintiff's Lawyer - Your Honor, the plaintiff is entitled to the proceeds from the Works In Progress. 

Defendant's Lawyer - Judge, the contract clearly allows the defendant to keep the WIP proceeds.

Judge - You can use that acronym all you want, just keep in mind, counsel that every time you say "WIP", I think four-inch heels and black leather.
